Player and Guest Entrance

Enter next to Hong Kong Jockey Club Entrance A. Strictly no entrance through HKFC Main Lobby.

Taxi: Drop off at The Hong Kong Racing Museum / Sports Road Jockey Club Entrance A

Nearest MTR Station: Causeway Bay Station – Times Square Exit A

No Parking Available / No Waiting Outside Entrance

Guests are kindly reminded not to park or have chauffeurs wait in their cars outside the entrance as well as the adjacent roads. The area is for immediate drop-off and pick-up only and cars parked or stopped there may cause heavy congestion and disruption

Mobiles are prohibited in all areas within the Club Premises, including Toilets, Changing Room, Lobby, and/or Reception Areas, except for Phone Booths at designated locations, the area immediately outside the Sportsman’s Bar including Patios Area, The Swimming Pool Complex, and The Coffee Shop Patio (but the ringing of a phone in this area is prohibited). If Members or their Guests use their Mobiles, they will be subject to a HK$200 Penalty, which requires no formal notification from the Club.

Participating Teams

Players: 

  • No registration is required. Player can go directly to team stands, changing room or designated warm-up area before the match.
  • If required, player bibs can be collected from the Welcome Desk 

Team Captains:

  •  Team captains will be responsible for the collection and distribution of food to their respective teams.
  • Team captains must present their red wristbands to pick up meals from the food station behind Pitch 1 between 11am-12pm.
  • Red wristbands can be collected at the Welcome Desk from 8:00 AM onwards
  • After lunch, please return all empty food containers to the food station located behind Pitch 1 (same location as the food pick up). These containers should be returned for HKFC handling.
  • Lastly, please ensure that your team changing room and spectator stands are kept clean and tidy at all times.

Seating Arrangements

Players and spectators are kindly requested to proceed to the designated areas in the stands that are marked specifically for your team and company.

Tables and chairs with shade umbrellas are located in the Family Fun Zone.

Facilities

The restroom facilities include separate areas for men and women, as well as wheelchair-accessible toilets

Food & Beverage

Hot food, as well as snacks and drinks, will be available for purchase  from 9:00 – 3:00 PM at the F&B marquee in the Family Fun Zone. 

Cash, Octopus and HKFC Membership cards accepted.
